Frequently Asked Questions

I currently am not in-network for any insurance plans. I only accept fee-for-service payment.
For PPO insurance plans, my practice is considered out of network. If you would like to seek reimbursement, please contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits and any documentation they may require. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance plan upon request.
-
For patients using fee-for-service, the rates are:
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes): $500
Medication Management Follow-Up (30 minutes): $250
Psychotherapy (60 minutes): $350
If you have a PPO insurance plan, we are considered out of network. You would pay the fee-for-service rate at the time of your appointment and may submit the receipt to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement based on your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Yes — for patients who would benefit from psychotherapy alongside medication management, I offer therapy in-house. I draw from CBT, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and trauma-focused approaches depending on what best fits your needs. I can also provide referrals to trusted outside providers if a specific modality isn't available in-house or if you'd prefer to work with someone else for therapy.

Refill requests should be submitted through the patient portal. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
